In response to companies being too busy to send employees to training, we want to offer an alternative Green Belt option for local Metroplex and Texas companies. We are calling it the 4×2 Green Belt. The class design will minimize time away from the office, but not reduce the quality of the class or the value of your certification.
Lean Six Sigma 4×2 Green Belt Schedule:
- Session 1: February 7-8
- Session 2: February 21-22

Master Black Belts play a critical role in deployment of a successful Lean Six Sigma Program. This course helps develop three of the competencies every MBB needs:
- The ability to instruct others in LSS tools, methods and concepts
- The ability to coach other Belts to help them achieve better results faster

- Develop knowledge of how to deliver classroom training
- Become more confident as an instructor through practice in a safe environment
- Learn methods for coaching GBs/BBs to help them complete projects faster

Event Details
This two-day workshop integrates classroom and onsite experiences at a host facility to build upon the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE workshop, and focuses on the Systems and Tools diamonds in the Shingo Model. It begins by explaining that all work in an organization is the outcome of a system. Systems must be designed to create a specific end objective; otherwise, they evolve on their own. Systems drive the behavior of people, and variation in behavior leads to variation in results. Organizational excellence requires well designed systems to drive ideal behaviors that are required to produce sustainable results.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:
• DISCOVER three types of essential systems.
• EXPLORE five required tools for each system.
• LEARN how to create and use system maps.
• UNDERSTAND system standard work and how it drives improvement.
