Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Waller, TX)

Supporting front-line team members to executives across all industries, TMAC-TEEX Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training, coaching, and project consulting gets sustainable results.
Course completion enables identifying and executing solutions to dramatically improve quality deliverables, cost savings, and profit by understanding the positive impacts of LSS continuous process improvement approaches. Mentoring on the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) project management roadmap, experienced LSS instructors demonstrate practical application of LSS tools and share lessons learned from hundreds of completed projects. Continue systematic LSS learning and application after the training with access to TMAC-TEEX instructors.
Expect to be immersed in a hybrid learning environment of instruction, group exercises, simulations, teach-backs, project presentations, and review of industry case studies.
Participants need laptop computer and SigmaXL statistical software (30-day free trial period available).
