TMAC’s Lean Six Sigma Program provides a systematic approach to combine the waste elimination methods of Lean with the variation reduction toolset of Six Sigma. The LSS Black Belt class is a rigorous course incorporating both Basic and Advanced problem-solving methods.
To accommodate busy schedules, we are offering an accelerated Lean Six Sigma Black Belt class for certified Green Belts* who need to spend less time away from the office, but still want to increase their continuous improvement skill set.
Schedule:
- Week 3: APR 20-24
- Week 4: MAY 18-22
