Description: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification provides participants 2 days of informative and engaging sessions that cover Lean Tools and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) process. This program is beneficial for those who lead limited improvement projects and/or serve as team members on more complex improvement projects that are typically lead by LSS Green or Black Belts.
