Event Details

This ISO 9001:2015 course introduces the concepts needed to understand, develop, and implement a quality management system.

This (6-part) workshop series will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the standard’s requirements including how the implementation of a QMS can help their organization build a business framework of robust processes, deliver with improved consistency of product and service and improve employee understanding.
