DESCRIPTION:TMAC’s Lean Six Sigma Program provides a systematic approach to combine the \nwaste elimination methods of Lean with the variation reduction toolset of Six Sigma. \nThe LSS Black Belt class is a rigorous course incorporating both Basic and Advanced \nproblem-solving methods. \nTo accommodate busy schedules\, we are offering an accelerated Lean Six Sigma Black Belt class \nfor certified Green Belts* who need to spend less time away from the office\, \nbut still want to increase their continuous improvement skill set. \nLean Six Sigma Accelerated Black Belt is a 2 week class (1 week every month for 2 consecutive months).\n\n \n\nLSS Accelerated Black Belt Schedule:\n\nWeek 1: November 10-14\n\nWeek 2: December 8-12\n\nWeekly Class Times (Subject to change at instructor’s discretion)\n\nMonday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\n\nTuesday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\n\nFriday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon (Or until weekly exam is complete)\n\n**Includes a mid-day break for students to enjoy a catered lunch daily\n\n \nPrice: $5\,300\n*Registration subject to approval by instructors
