DESCRIPTION:TMAC’s Lean Six Sigma Program provides a systematic approach to combine the \nwaste elimination methods of Lean with the variation reduction toolset of Six Sigma. \nThe DMAIC process provides the overarching structure for project management\, which \nhelps insure that solutions are sustainable. Students learn through a combination of \nlecture\, student project presentations\, exercises\, case studies\, and simulations. \nInstructors emphasize practical application of tools and methods. \nThe median payback for TMAC Black Belt projects is $144\,500/year. \nThe LSS Black Belt class is a rigorous course incorporating both Basic and Advanced \nproblem-solving methods. A partial list of tools covered includes value-stream \nmapping\, Little’s Law\, measurement system analysis\, process control & capability\, \nhypothesis testing\, kaizen\, pull systems\, regression\, setup reduction\, process \nbalancing\, and design of experiments. \nLean Six Sigma Black Belt is a 4 week class (1 week every month for 4 consecutive months).\n\n \n\nLSS Black Belt Schedule:\n\n 	Week 1: September 15-19\n 	Week 2: October 13-17\n 	Week 3: November 10-14\n 	Week 4: December 8-12\n\nWeekly Class Times (Subject to change at instructor’s discretion)\n\nMonday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\n\nTuesday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\n\nFriday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon (Or until weekly exam is complete)\n\n**Includes a mid-day break for students to enjoy a catered lunch daily\nPrice: $8\,500\n*** group discounts available ***
