DESCRIPTION:TMAC’s Lean Six Sigma Program provides a systematic approach to combine the waste elimination methods of Lean with the variation reduction toolset of Six Sigma. The LSS Black Belt class is a rigorous course incorporating both Basic and Advanced problem-solving methods. \nTo accommodate busy schedules\, we are offering an accelerated Lean Six Sigma Black Belt class for certified Green Belts* who need to spend less time away from the office\, but still want to increase their continuous improvement skill set. \nLean Six Sigma Accelerated Black Belt is a 2 week class (1 week every month for 2 consecutive months). LSS Green Belt Schedule:\n\nWeek 1: NOVEMBER 11 – 15\nWeek 2: DECEMBER 9 – 13\n\nWeekly Class Times (Subject to change at instructor’s discretion) Mondays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon (or until weekly exam is complete) **Includes a mid-day break for students to enjoy a catered lunch daily For additional information\, please visit: texasleansixsigma.com
