Rodney Reddic’s formal background training is in Industrial Engineering with capability to help companies improve their bottom line through team based Lean Process Improvement and Value Stream Management. He is capable of improving processes for various types of organizations from manufacturing to health care, utilizing the DMAIC approach to problem solving acquired through Lean Six Sigma certification. Rodney’s additional skills include assisting customers with facility layout based on Lean Principles, from Greenfield concept to full construction and occupancy.

Rodney possesses core competency in Lean deployment and sustainability with expertise in areas such as: Value Stream Management, Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM), Quick Changeover (SMED), 5S and Cellular Processing. He has proven ability to achieve sustainable results through the deployment of the Lean Management System.
Rodney has industry experience in plastic processing, injection molding, blow molding and vacuum forming. His industry experience also entails heavy metal fabrication in areas such as: welding, metal forming and assembly.
Scope of Experience:
Rodney has over 27 years of progressive operations, engineering, and plant management experience, in addition to consulting experience in diverse industries from manufacturing to health care. He has spent the past twelve years providing consulting services to TMAC customers through Lean Deployment, Process Improvement, Sustainable Growth and Facilities Layout.
Rodney provided consulting services to Carter BloodCare which allowed them to double the capacity in the blood processing department through the implementation of Cellular Manufacturing.
At Metal West, Rodney provided consulting services for improving equipment changeover time which allowed them to achieve a 62 percent reduction in changeover time on their sheet metal line.
Rodney provided plant layout services to AirForce Airguns through the development of the base plant design for their new 21,000 S.F. manufacturing facility. Then new facility design allowed AirForce Airgun to improve production throughput by 25%.
Education and Training:
Rodney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He has completed numerous continuing education courses and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
