Melanie Yanagida works behind the scenes to help keep the administrative side of TMAC running smoothly. She is primarily responsible for processing reimbursements for all business-related expenses employees incur and reconciling monthly statements. She is TMAC’s point of contact for all travel-related concerns and questions.
Areas of Expertise:
Having grown up with the Internet, Melanie has great computer skills and a typing speed of 70 WPM. She has extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as working knowledge with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.
Scope of Experience:
Melanie has only been with TMAC for a year, but she has prior administrative experience in the Real Estate industry.
Education and Training:
Melanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures as well as minors in English Literature and International Studies from Indiana University. Additionally, she studied abroad in Japan on two separate occasions, providing her with knowledge of Japanese language and culture.
